Overseas headhunting recruitment business talent resources mainly radiation region: Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other markets.
猎头收费标准:
按招聘岗位年薪的30-35%收取服务费,最低收费标准为:50000元/人;
根据企业招聘人选国家区域和职位具体情况,收费比例将略有上下浮动;
Headhunter fees:
The service fee is charged according to 30-35% of the annual salary of the recruitment post, and the minimum fee is: 50000 yuan/person;
According to the specific situation of the country, region and position of the candidates recruited by the enterprise, the charging ratio will fluctuate slightly;
猎头保 证 期:
年薪50以内职位:猎头服务提供三个月的保证期;
年薪50万及以上职位:猎头服务提供六个月保证期;
保证期内人选离职,免费重新补充人选并重新提供保证期;
Headhunting guarantee period:
Position with annual salary of less than 50: headhunting service is guaranteed for 3 months;
Position with annual salary of 500000 or above: Headhunting service is provided with six-month guarantee period;
If the candidate leaves the company during the guarantee period, the candidate shall be replenished free of charge and the guarantee period shall be provided again;
猎头付款周期:
人选到岗入职企业10天内,支付全额猎聘服务费;
Headhunter payment cycle:
The full hunting service fee shall be paid within 10 days of the candidate's arrival at the company;
