猎头招聘要求:

1、相关专业本科以上学历，优秀者可以放宽至专科；

2、5年以上（猎头顾问2年）企业专职招聘、猎头或HR工作经验；

3、良好的团队协作经验、合作精神和抗压能力，思维缜密，关注细节；

4、熟悉半导体芯片产业链的发展趋势和业内信息，拥有一定的业内资源；

5、持续学习力强，具备良好的行业人脉关系网和沟通能力，具有责任感；

6、半导体芯片或关联产业链相关工作经验者优先考虑；

headhunters recruitment requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant major, excellent ones can be relaxed to Junior College;

2. At least 5 years (2 years for headhunting consultants) full-time recruitment, headhunting or HR work experience in enterprises;

3. Good teamwork experience, cooperation spirit and anti-pressure ability, careful thinking and attention to details;

4. Familiar with the development trend of semiconductor chip industry chain and industry information, with certain industry resources;

5. Strong continuous learning ability, good industry network and communication skills, sense of responsibility;

6. Semiconductor chip or related industry chain related work experience is preferred;

猎头工作职责：

1、根据企业需求，对企业、所属行业、招聘职位等分析评估，制定人选寻访方案；

2、通过相关渠道资源，收集整理符合企业招聘要求的人选资料，初步寻访候选人；

3、对人选进行初步面试和评估，并制作相关推荐报告；

4、主动协调沟通人选与企业的面试安排，双向跟进并及时双向回复交流；

5、协助项目经理或独立对企业拟录用候选人进行录用前背景调查，并形成书面报告；

6、协助人选offer、入职等，并全程跟进人选入职企业后的整体状况，及时沟通交流。

Headhunter job responsibilities:

1. According to the needs of the enterprise, analyze and evaluate the enterprise, the industry, the recruitment position, etc., and formulate the candidate search plan;

2. Collect and sort out the candidate information that meets the recruitment requirements of the enterprise through relevant channel resources, and initially search for candidates;

3. conduct preliminary interviews and evaluations of candidates, and make relevant recommend reports;

4. Take the initiative to coordinate and communicate the interview arrangement between the candidate and the enterprise, follow up two-way and reply two-way in time;

5. Assist the project manager or independently to conduct pre-employment background investigation on the candidates to be employed by the enterprise and form a written report;

6. Assist the candidate to offer and join the company, and follow up the overall situation of the candidate after joining the company, and communicate in a timely manner.
