岗位职责描述Job Description


1.根据公司的日常销售管理要求及按年度预算,精确的执行个人销售计划,开展销售工作,并积极反馈销售进展,提出业务进展改善方案

Follow up Gomplast’s sales management policy and yearly budget, and achieve the sales target accurately. Actively feedback business development progress, and raise the plan to improve current business process.

2.对新老客户准备并进行产品介绍,应用知识的推广

Be responsible for training our customers for our product knowledge, application as well.

3.洞察客户的需求及期望,积极进行新行业、新运用的开发,推广产品

Deeply investigate and understand real expectation from customers. Positively promote our knowledge and solution to new industry, new application

4.按照公司的报价系统政策为客户准备报价,根据公司流程与客户谈判达成价格及其他合同条款

Be responsible for quote for the client according to company price policy, and sign contract with authorized price and terms.

5.与客户服务部门及管理层建立赢得客户的策略

Tightly work with general management team and operation team to build up reliable trust relationship with customers

6.对客户的需求即使响应,确保客户满意

Quickly react the request from client, and continuously improve customers’ satisfaction 

7.指导客户进行产品的安装、使用及维护

Guide customers to properly install and maintain our product

8.Developing new customers in Jiangsu market,especially in Changzhou area.

开发江苏市场新客户,尤其常州地区。

9.必要时与管理层沟通客户的需求协助加快满足客户的订单

If necessary work with management team to speed up delivery to meet customers requirement.

10.作为全年的考核指标,全面负责销售合同的回款工作

Be full responsible for payment collection as yearly KPI

11.挖掘新老客户的销售潜力,对可能达成的销售线索进行跟踪

Professionally follow up the business opportunities and market needs, and positively and continuously feedback the progress till opportunities close

12.对客户的优势及劣势进行分析,以更好的促成销售

Skillfully analyze SWOT aiming to target customers and market to achieve planned sales revenue.

13.对市场趋势进行观察,并将市场对新产品的需求信息反馈给管理层

Positively feedback market tendency, and propose to management team especial for new demand from new product 

14.充分理解公司的业务及政策,在客户和供应商之间关系实践诚信

Fully understand company management criteria and policy, and transfer company business philosophy of honesty & integrity to customers to achieve win-win relationship at final.

15.理解销售条款、条件及关联责任,传递公司承诺,不断改善工作流程

Be very familiar with contract terms, condition and relative duty. Deliver the commitment to company and continuously improve sales process

16.和其他团队成员进行专业化的沟通和互动

Be professional to communicate with internal team

17.参加展览,甚至是国际性的展览

Attend exhibitions, could be also international.

18.Be able to proactively manage the technical claims from customers independently.

能否积极并独立解决客户投诉。

19.其他销售部门领导安排的其他工作

任职要求Requirement

1.熟悉纺织行业。有相关胶辊的销售经验及知识更加。

Be familiar with textile. Rubber rollers sales experience is preferred

2.须有驾照及自有车辆

Have private car and drive license

3.诚实、勤奋

Honest, hardworking spirit.

4.英语口语交流不做要求,能简单书写

No requirement for oral English communication, but basic writing skills are expected.

5.技术背景为工程学或相关领域的专业

Technical background, engineering or similar studies.
